1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zooi ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Zooi is a content aggregation and intelligence platform that collects content from multiple sources (including X/Twitter, Reddit, RSS, YouTube, News, Podcasts, and Newsletters), processes them using AI, and presents curated feeds through a web dashboard.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service beyond normal use.
• Share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Some features of the Service require a paid subscription.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price changes take effect.
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content created by Zooi, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.

Content aggregated from third-party sources remains the property of its respective owners. Zooi provides access to this content for informational purposes and does not claim ownership of third-party content.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create on the platform, such as feed configurations, hub names, and descriptions. By using shared features, you grant other invited users the right to view the shared content within the platform.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Content accuracy depends on third-party sources and AI processing, which may not always be perfect.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zooi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Account. If the self-service flow is unavailable or does not fully complete, contact us at support@zooi.ai and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe, including within 30 days where required by applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the platform or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
