• Feed configuration — the sources, topics, and preferences you set up for your content feeds.
• Usage data — how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, and content engagement.
• Payment information — billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number.

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Zooi platform and its features.
• Personalize your content feeds using AI-powered filtering and summarization.
• Process transactions and manage your subscription.
• Send service-related communications, including updates and security alerts.
• Improve our platform through aggregated, anonymized analytics.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service providers — third-party services that help us operate the platform (e.g., Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting and privacy-friendly analytics, and Google Analytics plus Microsoft Clarity for opt-in product analytics).
• Team members — when you share hubs or feeds, the invited collaborators can access the shared content.
• Legal requirements — when required by law, regulation, or legal process.

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. All data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS/SSL), and sensitive credentials are stored securely. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You may delete your account and associated data at any time from Settings > Account. If the self-service flow is unavailable or does not fully complete, you may contact us at support@zooi.ai and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe, including within 30 days where required by applicable law.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session, security, and saved preferences. We also store your cookie choice in browser storage on your device so the setting stays in sync across pages and tabs. Vercel Analytics may collect privacy-friendly page analytics without cookies. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity remain disabled until you opt in through our cookie banner or settings. You can change your choice at any time.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data.
• Object to or restrict processing of your data.
• Export your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time.

You can download a machine-readable export from Settings > Account. For security, we may ask you to re-authenticate before releasing the export. Portable exports include your account profile, hubs, feeds, agents, signals, email data, sharing records, billing usage, and API cost history. We exclude third-party OAuth tokens and internal security or observability logs from the export package.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the platform or sending you an email.
